Begins with an understanding of how stress affects your life and how to manage it effectively so as to maintain a healthy balance between your personal and professional life.

 

Managing Time in the Workplace
Offers the participant the ability to be more productive and efficient in the workplace. Participants will learn to eliminate triggers that allow them to waste time on the job so that can organize their workload daily.

 

Developing and Sustaining Team Performance
Creates an environment where everyone supports each other and works together to achieve the goals set by the organization. Supports everyone's participation in the decision making process. We aim to improve communication and accountability among team members.

 

Developing Strategic Thinking and Planning
Developing the ability to link strategy and daily tasks as well as being strategically focused in setting goals and defining the needs of the organization is the foundation of this workshop. Being creative and initiating new ideas are at the heart of learning how to put thoughts into plans and bringing them to life.

 

Success in Sales by using Effective Selling Techniques
Allows the participant to be more effective in being able to meet your customer's needs and expectations, building rapport with clients, handling irate customers face to face and cold calling. Learn how to present your product offerings in an effective manner to retain your customer base. Creating an identity for your product or service offering distinguishes you from your competitors and gives you an edge with your customers.

The TrainX Methodology is grounded in well-established group facilitation techniques, which make extensive use of
guided imagery, visualization, visioning and NLP group exercises.

Guided Imagery is used in the Program to create a stress-free workshop environment.

Visioning is utilized to identify well-defined outcomes.

Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) is used to model human excellence.
